Our founders started West Berkshire Brewery with an attitude that combined a passion for beer, a respect for the local community and a disregard for convention. Since 1995 we’ve championed high quality British ingredients and used time honoured brewing techniques to create beers that taste as good or better than they’ve ever done. Our beers today range from the traditional, high quality style of Good Old Boy to the light, refreshing and contemporary Renegade Lager. With a superb new 60HL brewery, we embrace innovation and progressive beer styles alongside more traditional, real ale. Proudly independent, we are forever curious about new directions, new flavours and new ways to excite our customers. It’s this mix of old and new, respect for tradition but enthusiasm about the future that defines us. Alongside our modern brew house and branded portfolio of beers, we brew and contract pack for major national brewers and UK retailers. We also run a popular taproom and kitchen, and a growing portfolio of pubs.
