Toontown Rewritten Overview
On August 20, 2013, Disney officially announced the closure of their popular online game and the first-ever family oriented MMO, Toontown Online. In the time between the announcement of closing and its final closure, a few online friends worked with one goal in mind: Find a way to keep Toontown alive. On the day Toontown Online closed, Toontown Rewritten was officially announced.
Toontown Rewritten continues today with over 1,750,000 registered players.
