Our 24 branches service the greater eastern seaboard with over 400 DSD routes. Schmidt Baking began a partnership with H&S Bakery and Northeast Foods in 2000 continuing the business from one family baker to another. In 2004 H&S Bakery acquired Schmidt Baking and added hearth baked bread and rolls to the existing product lines. Known as the "variety baker", H&S Bakery now collaborates with Schmidt Baking Company to offer quality products.
