Pleasant View Realty was founded in 2002 by owners, Gail and Jim Kapellen. Gail has made real estate her life’s work since 1979, and Jim joined the business in 1997. The couple’s dream was to bring a personal, professional approach to real estate in their hometown of Plymouth, Wisconsin. The addition of the Kiel location and the four seasoned real estate agents was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships in the Manitowoc, Calumet, and Fond du Lac County areas. Though they have grown, they have worked hard to maintain a personal approach to real estate. They want their clients to feel like they are part of the Pleasant View family.
