InCharge is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide housing counseling. InCharge is approved by the EOUST to provide bankrutpcy education courses prescribed by law. InCharge is also on the Board of Directors of Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy.
