The Hawaii Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs (DCCA) promotes a strong and healthy business environment by upholding fairness and public confidence in the marketplace, and by increasing knowledge and opportunity for our businesses and citizens.
DCCA is comprised of 9 public facing divisions to include: Business Registration, Cable Television, Consumer Advocacy, Financial Institutions, Insurance, Office of Administrative Hearings, Office of Consumer Protection, Professional and Vocational Licensing, and the Regulated Industries Complaints Office. The Hawaii Post-Secondary Education Authorization Program and the Public Utilities Commission is also administratively attached to the Department.
