Helpful tips to consider when shopping for your next piece of motorcycle include: First, consider the type of motorcycle and how the luggage will attach to your bike. For example, a motorcycle top case will need a flat luggage rack for mounting and no pre-existing backrest installed on your bike. Seat bags will need space on the seat and a backrest or sissybar to attach to. Tank bags are more forgiving but you'll need to determine whether a strap mounting or magnetic mounting version is more appropriate.
