Cintex Wireless is an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) offering Lifeline Wireless Service to qualified low-income residents living in Maryland (MA), Arkansas (AR), Rhode Island (RI), Maine (ME), and West Virginia (WV). The Lifeline Program was originally established in 1985 to ensure that low-income consumers have access to affordable, landline telephone service. In 2005, the Lifeline Program were expanded to include wireless service.
