Founded in 2006, AutoCanada started with 19 dealerships managed by our head office team out of a tiny office in Edmonton. AutoCanada's Canadian Operations segment currently operates 60 franchised dealerships in Canada, comprised of 24 brands, in 8 provinces. AutoCanada's U.S. Operations segment, which has been re-branded as Leader Automotive Group, currently operates 18 franchises comprised of 16 brands, in Illinois, USA. As anyone can tell you, with fast and significant growth comes growing pains and due to that, in the past we have experienced our share of changes.
