In 2018, Correlation Investments Limited (CIL), previously a 50% joint venture partner in AutoProtect, acquired the remaining interest. The re-organisation of CIL’s motor assets saw AutoProtect, SMART Insurance and Shine! Repairs consolidated within the AutoProtect Group.
In late 2019, the AutoProtect Group joined forces with technology firm DealTrak. While continuing to operate independently, the partnership will allow both companies to harness the collaborative power of a close, cohesive working relationship.
